How we can help you cover the 2024 elections:
State-level political and issues polling
MPG will conduct state-level political and issues polls, determining survey topics in collaboration with newsrooms. MPG will lead the survey process from design to project planning, fielding, data processing, and analysis, and then news outlets will have exclusive use of the data for their publications.
Each survey will include a sample size of approximately 800 residents of the target state. The surveys will be conducted online using conventional online survey approaches. The questionnaire will be approximately 20 to 25 substantive questions in addition to demographic and screening questions. Surveys will be conducted mainly in English, though additional languages are available – let us know if that’s of interest.
What you should know: The ideal newsroom for this type of project will have one or more people to participate in survey design discussions and to plan and execute coverage of the survey results. We have worked with many nonprofit newsrooms and other entities on surveys.
