Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

- A record of public records requests submitted to Washoe County that lists the date of request, the requester's name, the requester's organizational affiliation, a description of the request and the County's response for the years 2016, 2017 and 2018.

- Records of policies/procedures related to processing and approval/denial processes for public records requests used in the years 2016, 2017 and 2018

- Records of total revenue and expenses relating to the processing of public records requests in 2016, 2017 and 2018.

- Current schedule of fees relating to the processing of public records requests.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I understand that the request will take additional time to fulfill, and I want to provide you the clarification you have requested to target specific departments. This request should be directed to the Washoe County Sheriff's Office, as well as the Washoe County Planning and Building Division. To reiterate, I am seeking the following as they pertain to the above agencies:

Washoe311 wanted to provide an update in regards to your PRR. The Planning and Building Division is currently working on this request in conjunction with the DA's office and we will have an estimate on the time frame and potential costs involved. We should have that information available next week and will keep you posted.

There is a considerable amount of work associated with the scope of this request. We have approximately five binders of records to scan, redact, and scan again in order complete the request. A separate email will be sent to you containing a link to the files you've requested. Please be sure to download the files to your own personal device as the link will expire on December 2nd, 2019.
Included within the link are:

* A Public Records Request form, with date of request and description of the request, including the documents produced are included from the Planning and Building Divisions of the Community Services Department for the calendar years 2016, 2017 and 2018. Please note, requestor's name and address information has been redacted. Organizational affiliation is not included on the form, and therefore unavailable.

* Washoe County's Public Records policy. This is policy currently under revision. Fee schedule is attached; however, we do not currently charge fees for public records requests.

* Fees for public records are not tracked as revenue, and because we currently do not charge fees, there isn't a review/expense record relating to records requested for the calendar years 2016, 2017 and 2018.

We are hopeful that the information included in this packet is useful and meets the request submitted to our office via Washoe 311 on September 17, 2019.
