Records pertaining to the Providence Water 3-year 0% interest loan program to replace private-side lines, including but not limited to:
-Records of all private-side water lines replaced by Providence Water between the beginning of the loan program and June 11, 2019
Please also provide:
-Records of all private-side water lines replaced by Providence Water between June 11, 2017 and June 11, 2019 not using the loan program

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
