All materials on or related to the North Carolina Outer Banks power outage that lasted from 7/27-8/4/2017. These materials include the following:
•Emails from 7/27-8/4/2017 containing the keywords "evacuation," "power outage," "emergency," "ferry," "cable," "infrastructure," and "bridge"
•Any policy directives, guidance documents, memorandum, training materials, or similar records
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

at the Outer Banks of North Carolina in late July and early August of
2017.
I have attached a pdf of the emails we found that are responsive to

As best I can determine, the sole responsibility we have that might
relate to your response is that Secretary of State Marshall is a member
of the North Carolina Council of State (Article III, Section 7, of the
Constitution of North Carolina).
There is no charge for our response.
