2. the revenues and expenses for each jurisdiction (Camarillo, Fillmore, Headquarters [Ventura], Lockwood Valley, Moorpark, Ojai, and Thousand Oaks) during fiscal year 2019/20, broken down in tabular form as an itemized list of line items, with the number of units and unit rate (ie. price per unit) for each line item listed under expenses
3. data on citizen complaints filed against the VCSO between 2015-2020, organized in tabular form as a .xlsx or .csv file with the calendar years as rows and the following items as columns: (a) the number of complaints filed, (b) date they were filed, (c) the name of the officer(s) charged with the complaint, (d) what the reason for the complaint was (ie. a description of the complaint), (e) dates of intermediary procedural steps (for example, the date when it was passed from administration to a decision-making commission), (f) description of those intermediary steps (ie. what actions were performed), (g) the formal disposition of the complaint (eg. exonerated, sustained, etc.), (h) the date when the complaint received the formal disposition, (i) what interventions were performed in accordance with the resolution/disposition of the complaint (eg. officers being re-trained, fired, or demoted, etc.), (j) the rationale for choosing and implementing that intervention rather than another possible intervention, (k) the dates that the implemented interventions were performed
4. the written protocols used for handling filed complaints against VCSO officers (eg. guiding documents on how the Internal Affairs unit conducts investigations into citizen complaints)
5. any/all complaint forms that are required for citizens to make formal written complaints against an officer

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the charges per item requested in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment or WeTransfer if available or USB stick if not.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation and assistance!
