Hi Ben,

I have checked and the Investigation is still very open and very active. The lead agency over the entire investigation is the FBI. The Clear Creek County Sheriff's Office is working with the FBI because the body was located in their jurisdiction. Because the investigation is still open and active no records can be sent out. Also Jefferson County Sheriff's Office had little to do with the investigation, it just happened to be where some of the investigation lead to.
