I would like a copy of your master file for your list of employees. Such a file should contain information like full name, job title, salary, hiring date, etc. For police officers, it should contain information like badge number, rank, division assigned to, and so on. If such officer information is contained on a different list, I would like a copy of that file as well.

Please redact any private information such as home addresses and personal phone numbers. Also, please redact any information that might reveal the identity of any police officers that are considered undercover.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

Hi Elizabeth,

I know this request was make some time ago, but there seems to be missing information. I'm not sure what MuckRock provides you in this email, but the request was sent on 08/21/2020 and you gave two files in response: a list of employees (Position Control - PD_08252020.pdf) and a badge assignment list (BadgeAssignment.pdf).

Compared to the vehicle list I was given for the police department in a prior request (attached, see page 4), I don't see the following officers in the list of employees:

(Sorry, the alignment is probably off in the email; however, it should align well if you paste it into Notepad or another plain text editor.)

The question marks above are also police officers I couldn't find in the badge assignment list.

I'm not sure which if the vehicle list and badge list are showing old information or if we are missing information on the employee list and badge list, but could you provide the correct files?

There were also a few minor inconsistencies between the two files you gave me. I figured you would want to know since I went through it all:

8101-010 - Badge #910 - One file has it spelled as K. N. Milton and the other as K. V. Milton.
8101-069 - Badge #853 - One file has it spelled as Faulconer and the other as Faulkner.
8201-001 - Badge #601 - Lee Winifred Noble or Winifred Lee Noble? - It looks like either the employee list switched his first and middle name or the badge list mistakenly used his middle name for his first initial.
8201-015 - Badge #602 - One file has it spelled as Moulton and the other as Mouton.

There might have been a few more, but I only started to take notes on stuff like that halfway through when I was checking for missing information.
