To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Washington Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Mr. Mocek:

Attached is an email that was sent on March 9, 2020 responding to your public records requests you submitted on March 6.

In the initial response I indicated the following:

We are in receipt of your public records requests (below) which you emailed to the public disclosure email inbox on March 6.

In order better streamline our responses to you and respond more efficiently to your requests, we consolidated all them into one request. This request number is 20-116.

We are currently reviewing your requested records, and pursuant to RCW 42.56, please expect an update on or before April 17, 2020.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you,

Jerome Wilen, CPRO
Public Disclosure Manager, Port of Seattle

From:

Please do not consolidate my multiple independent requests. Your
doing so prevents me from being able to easily segregate our
communications regarding each of those requests, to determine
which requests resulted in production of which records or none at
all, to track the timing of responses to each individually, and
more.

With each request, I clearly identified record(s) I seek and I
provided an e-mail address at which I wish to receive related
communications. Please use the contact information I provided
with each request.

Please do not make the fact that I provided my real name with each
request result in less informative responses from your agency. If
processing separate requests as separate requests rather than as a
single request is not acceptable to you, you will in effect be
encouraging requesters like me to file independent requests
pseudonymously, with a single-use pseudonym for each request.
