In order better streamline our responses to you and respond more efficiently to your requests, we consolidated all them into one request. This request number is 20-116.

Please do not consolidate my multiple independent requests. Your
doing so prevents me from being able to easily segregate our
communications regarding each of those requests, to determine
which requests resulted in production of which records or none at
all, to track the timing of responses to each individually, and
more.

With each request, I clearly identified record(s) I seek and I
provided an e-mail address at which I wish to receive related
communications. Please use the contact information I provided
with each request.

Please do not make the fact that I provided my real name with each
request result in less informative responses from your agency. If
processing separate requests as separate requests rather than as a
single request is not acceptable to you, you will in effect be
encouraging requesters like me to file independent requests

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

We are still working with applicable staff as to whether records exist within the Port of Seattle. Due to significant impacts related to the Coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic and efforts to slow the spread of the virus, we please expect a further response on or before May 22, 2020.

The Port of Seattle also has an external Biometrics External Advisory Group website. There are several links to documents pertaining Biometrics at this website.
