Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
All records, including external and internal correspondence, electronic correspondence, letters, budget-related documents, and correspondence with any other government regarding providing police, security, event, or emergency service to the Bohemian Club or that were provided at 624 Taylor Street, San Francisco, CA.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

I am looking for any communications from 2010 to present. I am looking for any communication related to services provided to the Bohemian Club or at 624 Taylor Street, San Francisco. For example, if police offices provided protective services or additional patrols at the building, I am requesting any documentation or communication related to those services provided.

I’ve check in with our Division of Emergency Communications Public Records team regarding your request. Our 911 records only go back to January 2016.
If you can please kindly complete and return the attached confirm via email, our colleagues can begin the process for any potentially list of respond calls for service to that listed address. If they do provide you with a list of responsive calls, you can then select which specific calls you would like to request for print outs of a computer aided dispatch or other records for.
Due to security reasons, any potentially responsive records must be mailed to you or picked in person, it cannot be emailed to you. Thank you.
