I would like a copy of central complaint number 20-000600, filed as Case Number D-102-CR-20-001219 on 10/18/2020, case title State of Maryland vs. RICHARD DAVID POTCNER, tracking number 201001539653.
Please send me any attached arrest warrant, charging document, police reports, and Pre-trial Monitoring Summary.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Below is a copy of an email you sent to our Public Relations Office. I am happy to comply with your request as I can.
Please understand that there is a fee for the copies of the information you are requesting. I can supply you with a copy of the warrant and statement of charges. We do not house Police reports in our custody, so I cannot supply those if they exists. The Pre-Trial Monitoring Summary is a Confidential document and I am not allowed to supply you with a copy of any Confidential Information.
The fee for the copies is $ .50 a page and the documents I can supply consist of 6 pages. $ 3.00. If you need these documents certified, there is a $ 5.00 fee for the certification.
Please forward a check or money order to the Court the fees. Once that is received, I will send you the copies you require. Please send in a request for the copies with your payment so we know how to apply the fees.
