You have asked for a status update for Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)
request *RD 63420*, which was received in our office on October 30, 2019
and to which we responded on November 29, 2019.

On November 29, 2019, your case was closed by Archivist Thomas Haughton
after he completed the review of the structural drawings of the Pentagon
heating and refrigeration plant. According to Archivist Haughton, he denied
access to these drawings in full under section (b)(7)(F) of the Freedom of
Information Act (5 U.S.C 552).

If you were not satisfied with his action on this request, you had the
right to file an administrative appeal within ninety (90) calendar days
from the date of of his letter. Appeals must be in writing and may be

deciding agency with an opportunity to review your request and reconsider
its decision. If you submit your appeal by regular mail, it should be
addressed to the Deputy Archivist of the United States (ND), National

Park, Maryland 20740-6001. Both the letter and envelope should be clearly
