This is in response to your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request of
October 29, 2019, to the National Archives and Records Administration
(NARA), which was forwarded to our unit, the Electronic Records Division
Reference Branch (RDER). Your request has been assigned the FOIA reference
number 20-05003.

You requested access to the Pentagon Heating and Refrigeration Plant
Architectural and Structural Drawings, ca. 2013 - 10/22/2014. The records
have access restrictions, in that the records may contain information
exempt from disclosure under FOIA(b)(7e), which relates to law enforcement.
You may view a description of the records in the National Archives Catalog
at: https://catalog.archives.gov/id/23869260. As the description indicates,
the series contains 136 architectural and structural blueprints in portable
document format (PDF) and one electronic index in Microsoft Excel format
(.xlsx), which serves as a finding aid for the records.

We assume that you are requesting access to all files in the series.
Because access is fully restricted, our office has handed over the 137
files to NARA's Special Access/FOIA unit so that they can determine what
information can be released. Their office will contact you with further
information regarding the processing of your request.
